Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Cupo member account and personal information at any time.

Delete in the Cupo app

  1. Open the Cupo app and sign in.
  2. Open Account, then choose Delete account.
  3. Read the confirmation and tap Delete account again.

The app signs you out immediately. We remove your profile, contact details, authentication records, device registrations and marketing data. Orders, cashback, points, stamps and coupon transaction records are retained in anonymised form where required for accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Can’t access the app?

Email us from the address associated with your account, or include the mobile number registered to your Cupo account. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

Email Cupo about account deletion

We aim to complete verified requests within 7 business days. We may ask for additional information if we cannot safely verify the request.
